Hidden labor is not wasted labor. Much of ministry becomes durable only after it has been carried privately before God. A mountain ridge, a quiet desk, and an unfinished outline can all become places of sanctification.
The task is not merely to produce material, but to remain faithful enough that the material bears truth rather than anxiety.
